The description for this project is as follows: “This project is an opportunity to explore some of the basic tools and features of Adobe Illustrator. Use a combination of shapes, text, brushes, and textures to create a logo for your class blog. Post three variations of the image to your blog as jpegs or pngs with a brief description of your process.”
Here are my logo ideas that I will be sharing.

In order to create these, I had to use the following tools:
Selection, Direct Selection, and Group Selection to orientate the shapes.
Curvature and Ellipse to outline the palette and create the “bubble” look for the letter ‘K’.
And Paintbrush to color in the images.
By using these tools and creating multiple layers, I was able to successfully create logos ideas for my domain. For my first time using Adobe Illustrator for a project like this, I would say I had a good experience and learned a lot from experimenting with the different tools.
Thumbs up 🙂
